The Scottish Conservatives have pledged to introduce a Victims Law as our first act of the next Scottish Parliament, which would scrap the not proven verdict and put victims of crime and their families back at the heart of our justice system.
If the SNP win a majority they will be distracted by another referendum rather than supporting our police and tackling crime. Only a party vote for the Scottish Conservatives can back our frontline officers, and put victims and public safety first.
