MSP for Central Scotland said: "The Scottish National Investment Bank's chair has admitted that as a result of the SNP's botched DRS scheme, £9 million of taxpayers' money could be lost.
"What was even more damming was his view that the Internal Market Act wasn't the reason that the scheme collapsed.
“Indeed, Willie Watt maintained that had SNP-Green ministers expressed concern about the viability of DRS, the SNIB’s decisions may have been different".
