I had great fun in visiting Pedal in the Park, an event delivered in partnership with Freewheel North, Recyke-a-Bike, FABB / Blazing Saddles and the Cycling Scientist.
Their cycling event was free, which is a pilot for a full time cycling centre at Palacerigg, based on the Freewheel north circuit on Glasgow green.
There were lots of bikes, trikes and carts to try. The Cycling Scientist was there delivering a free Dr Bike service as well.
Freewheel North had a fleet of bikes, Recyke-a-Bike had their event fleet and Blazing Saddles / FABB had their bikes there too, so everyone could ride the circuit. There were be bikes for everyone to try, from bikes for the disabled to tandems and trikes plus many others.
