Last week, the Shadow Transport Minister, Graham Simpson MSP, hosted an event with Women in Rail Scotland at the Scottish Parliament. He said: "We need to increase the diversity of the workforce in the rail sector. Our top panel discussed the issues and progress in this area. It was a fantastic event that was very well attended. Hopefully we see some action soon."
