A report from the Climate Change Committee has left Nicola Sturgeon's claim that Scotland is a world leader on climate change in tatters.
In a damming conclusion, the CCC said the Scottish Government lacked a clear delivery plan and had not offered a coherent explanation for how its policies would achieve the targets.
Following its release, I took the opportunity to raise the report with the Just Transition Minister, Richard Lochhead. Clearly, they must do better.
