Transport Scotland have been sitting on a report into Scotland's ferry system for more than five months.
The report recommends the introduction of a commissioner, along the lines of what happens in British Columbia and says the current tripartite system must be replaced.
I'm pleased that the Transport Minister has now agreed to publish it.
