We need to move more freight in Scotland by rail and the Transport Minister seems to agree.
Transport Scotland's current five year target to increase rail freight is 7.5%. The Rail Delivery Group are calling for this to increase to 22%.
If the SNP are serious about reducing emissions, they must be more ambitious.
