I was delighted to meet Lorna Gibson and Lisa McKellar from The QTS Group at their offices in Drumclog this week to discuss diversity and the future of our rail industry.
Last week I joined Lorna and other members from Women in Rail Scotland for an online conference where I set out the need to create a fairer and more inclusive railway which addresses the impending skills shortage.
It was great to see the important work being done at The QTS Group and I look forward to working closely with them in the future as they develop a new generation of staff for our railways
