Scotland's rainforest has some challenges, such as climate change, tree diseases, damage by herbivore overgrazing and invasive species such as rhododendrom. MSP species champions (mine are the ash and the Bilberry Bumblebee) were taken to Inversnaid by Scottish Environment LINK where we learned about plans for the future and the need for long term funding. Our environment is precious and we must protect and enhance it.
