This morning I joined a couple of volunteers from the GBT Shotts Healthy Living Centre who were delivering free sanitary products.
The deliveries, completed by e-bike, are an anonymous and simple way for women in the Shotts area to receive the products.
I also got chance to see FruityFridays in action and have a chat with some of the staff who are doing great work at the centre.
