Yesterday at the Public Audit Committee, Graham Simpson MSP questioned the Scottish Government about purchases using taxpayer's money.
Graham Simpson MSP said: "Scottish Government staff have been spending your money on all manner of things, including books which they should have paid for themselves. The Permanent Secretary believes a book of Nicola Sturgeon's speeches is helpful to "learning and development". I don't."
