Last week, Graham Simpson MSP questioned First Minister Humza Yousaf over water bill hikes. This followed reports that Scottish Water plans to increase charges by 29% over three years.
Graham Simpson MSP said: "The First Minister refused to confirm reports of inflation-busting water bill hikes.
However, just hours later, Scottish Water did just that. He must have known. It stinks".
