Audit Scotland has said today that an independent audit was unable to conclude that governance at South Lanarkshire College was satisfactory over the last year.
This, on top of allegations from whistle-blowers regarding fraud, theft and general malfeasance, is very concerning.
A light needs to be shone on what is happening at the college and I have asked the First Minister to order a public investigation into this.
